Spend $45 for his 45th birthday

We all know the silver-and-leather bracelet that Johnny wears in memory of Dustin Meraz and other children who have lost their battles against pediatric cancer.

This year, YOU can give Johnny a birthday present by buying YOURSELF (or someone you love) a Dustin bracelet and supporting a cause that is dear to his heart.

It costs $45.... one dollar for each of Johnny's birthdays.
